[C320-list] Replace fuel filter/BLEEDING

Jeffrey...probably not broken...it is really really slow. the pump on the
Racor should suffice.

One additional caution, the washer on the bleed nut at the top of the block
just before the injectors is a nickle "crush" washer. Do not over-tighten
or it will no longer seal properly and air will get in your system after
sitting a couple of weeks.
