[C320-list] replacing galley faucet

The spigot of my galley faucet has corroded* and now there is a small pinhole in it that sprays water everywhere! A temporary repair with tape has stopped the leak, but I guess i need to replace it!

Has anyone ever done this? Without being on the boat I am unable to check the sizing of the connections. I believe the original fitted equipment is Grohe (spelling?) which is european, so are the pipe connections standard pipe threads or something metric?  What size hole is cut in the stainless sink top?

Any info on this relating to a mk1 would be great
