[C320-list] Approaches for mounting a TV antenna?

I mounted a Shakespere marine antenna on a 24" extention off the starboard aft pulpit. I also have a Radio Shack amplifier powered when the TV is on. I can get LA stations on Santa Cruz Island, 14 mi offshore, pretty good depending on line of sight.
