[C320-list] Fwd: Wheel Steering Safety Notice

Went to the boat tonight. Removed the cover. No signs of rust anywhere. 

I know water was leaking down one of the bolts. 

I will be trying re-seal one bolt at a time with butyl tape tomorrow.
