[C320-list] Running light fixed

Thanks to Chris Burti who identified the wire access port in the anchor
locker.  I opened it and found all the wires that lead to the running light.
The red (positive wire) was chaffed and corroded.  This was the reason for
the high resistance in the positive wire going to the running lights.  Not
only that, but Catalina cut costs by connecting all the wires using standard
auto compression fast connectors which were corroding.  I replaced these
with regular connectors.  If you have trouble with you running light and it
isn't the bulb or fixture, check these wires  next!
