[C320-list] Pedestal water leak

Just went to look at the protect. The cover in the aft cabin is just a few screws to take out. One looks stripped as I can turn it with my fingers.

Now the question is! How do you get a wrench on the bolt? The bolt seems to sit down in the white base of the pedestal. Does the white base just lift up over the bolts?
