[C320-list] Steps for boarding

We used the relatively inexpensive plastic two step like the rubbermaid
4202 thing  you get at Walmart or Home depot and screwewd it to the finger
pier for easy access .

Also we alwys kept a one step version in our lazarette  for when we docked
at a floating dock .
