[C320-list] Re varnishing the sole

My table didn't require bleaching; but, I don't know why you couldn't. Direct your questions to a woodworking shop in your area. Google will show them to you. We used to have a Woodcraft.com store in our area and they were a great help with materials, tools, and information.

Degree of success may depend on the nature of the discoloration and the degree of contrast between it and the natural wood. Might help if you knew the cause/source of the discoloration.

Warren,

Would the bleach also work on the dinette table? I've stripped the old
varnish off using a heat gun and scraper but the wood is still discolored
underneath despite sanding with 320 sp.

Thanks.
