You can use 8mm or equivalent neoprene cord, glued into the corner of the frame with any suitable marine adhesive sealant. Csts about $2, takes 10 minutes and whilst it only lasts for about 2 years its so quick and easy to replace compared to the time and effort replacing the proper Lewmar seals.
Also check the O-rings in the latches as these are a major source of leakage
