Thank you Jeff Hare!  I used your vacuum method this morning to remove all
the water from Northwind and it worked really well.  The only thing that I
would add to your post is to remove the valve in the anchor locker so that
the high pressure line will drain.

I'll still use pink stuff for the head, both bilge pumps and the engine, but
a lot less than before.  And it will be really nice in the spring to avoid
the pink antifreeze taste in the tanks.
