[C320-list] Deka Batteries

this spring, I just replaced my 2x4D bank with 4 Trojan T105 GC batteries (20 hour capacity rating is 450Ah compared to 360Ah with original OEM 2x4D) and replaced my charger. Very happy with it. The CG batteries are a true deep cycle battery. Just like Greg, next up is to install about 150 watts of solar to have some energy independence to run the refrigerator while boating in the islands! I am comparing the thin Chinese made solar panels with the more expensive Soliban panels to determine which way to go. Either way, I intend to mount the thin solar panels on top of my bimini and perhaps my dodger.

Photos of my battery installation/upgrade are on our C320IA website.
