[C320-list] Relocate Engine Thur-Hull

The danger in always leaving it open is that if the hose splits or somehow comes off when nobody is on board then your boat will sink!

The problem with relocating is that the location of the thru hull at the moment is designed to minimise the possibility of ingestion of weed or other detritus. A new thru hull might not be so effective?
