[C320-list] Battery Jump Starter

I haven't had the need to off compression to get a start from my C320 engine
- yet. On my previous boat, a Tanzer 8.5, I did start the Yanmar 2QM15 using
the supplied hand crank handle and the compression levers. Easy peesey.
