Ahoy.....I have removed a few bedded fittings successfully using a heat 
gun......there is a product made to soften adhesive.....I was concerned 
about damaging the fiberglass and didn't go that way. By going slowly, 
not over heating, using scrappers, its not to difficult. Joe. n
