[C320-list] Hot water tank-draining tank

Surely there is only a problem with water freezing when it is in a confined space?

You can freeze water in a thin plastic bottle and it doesn't split - so long as there is room for expansion

So I would have thought that any significant reduction of volume of the tank would be adequate without the need to totally empty it?

Better safe than sorry though, I guess
