[C320-list] Reattaching engine insulation

[Gene Helfman]

 Thinking I would never have this problem (?!), I deleted the exchanges
concerning how to glue/reattach the insulation on the forward engine
cover.  Of course, it loosened and made an incredible black, powdery mess
(which we first thought was a degrading fan belt).

So--what adhesive do people recommend?
