[C320-list] Upper Chesapeake Marinas

Warren, that last red mark on the West side that you say to take close 
abeam to starboard was switched to green two years ago and there is now 
a "temporary" red buoy to the south of it. That is, under current 
conditions you are supposed to actually leave what used to be the main 
channel in order to get through.
