If you will be using Dacron for your new sails read this article which shows the difference in the grades of Dacron available. If you're making the investment it pays to get one of the better grades.

I bought a new jib and main from bacons at the boat show last October. They
beat all the other competitors prices and im satisfied with the quality.
They're not North sails but I don't race this boat. If you can hold off
until the boat show, you can get some pretty good discounts.
