[C320-list] Maxwell Capstan/windlass problems

If you need advice or parts I can recommend Florida Rigging. They were recommended by Maxwell when I needed a seal and clutch for mine. They even knew of a recent change in a part number listed in the manual which is why I couldn't find it anywhere.
