[C320-list] Outhaul cam cleat or rope clutch?

Doug, the process for replacing halyards does not work for the outhaul control line because one end of the line terminates inside the boom. I'm not aware of any way to access it without taking the boom apart, which appears to be a major project. But perhaps I am missing something.
