[C320-list] Outhaul cam cleat or rope clutch?

Scott,
 
I have a series of Rope clutches across the cabin top. There are four on
each side, not all being used.
 
The ones on the starboard side control Main Halyard, Main Sheet, and
Boom Vang Tension
The ones on the port side control Outhaul, Jib Halyard, and single
line reefing.
 
You should be able to replace the lines by taping or stitching the ends
together and pulling them through. I actually had to rig my reefing
system from scratch because the previous owner had pulled it out and I
was able to feed the new lines through with a plumbers snake. But if you
already have a line fed through, the easiest would of course be to use
the old line to pull the new one through.
