[C320-list] Outhaul cam cleat or rope clutch?

This on #62. The outhaul is a single line from the slide on the boom over
the aft sheave thru the boom and out the fwd end of the boom at a jam cleat.
There shouldn't be a problem replacing this line.
The single line reef is a two-part deal. There is a dual sheave block in the
boom (or should be.) The forward part turns on this block and returns to the
mast to be used for the fwd reef line. The aft part is tied to the rear of
the boom, runs thru the internal block and back over a sheave and out to the
reef cringle on the sail, then tied to the boom. The dual sheave block may
be retrieved by feeding the doubled aft reef line out through the opening in
the end of the boom. The block is narrow enough to come out through this
opening. From there, both parts of the reef line may be replaced.

Doug, the process for replacing halyards does not work for the outhaul
control line because one end of the line terminates inside the boom. I'm not
aware of any way to access it without taking the boom apart, which appears
to be a major project. But perhaps I am missing something.
