[C320-list] Rebedding leaky chain plate

Hi Crosby

There's a post on the forum here somewhere that gives a much more precise
answer (say within a couple of hull numbers).  If you are curious enough
and poke around you'll find it.   I seem to recall it is in the mid 400s.
The last boat without the solid FRP at the chainplates would have been
built before 1998.
