[C320-list] Shroud Turnbuckles; Instead of cotter pins

I use small threaded bolts of a size to fit thru the holes in the
turnbuckles and a length that JUST allows the stainless trunbuckle boots to
slide down over them. If an adjustment is needed merely raise the boot, pull
the bolts, adjust and replace.
