[C320-list] Backstay Adjuster - What tension should I set the rigging when adjuster is lose

I can't answer because I don't understand why anyone would measure that. I would assume that the ideal calibration would be to set it so that it is within maximum safe range when fully tensioned. If you still have adjustment on the 'loose' end, check with Schaefer website to download the manual and see what the specs are for the foil.
