[C320-list] Rub rail

Hi Jim, actually, a contractor at the HHN yard (Phipps Boatworks) tried that
to the tune of $175 and it didn't work. Come to think of it, I don't know
why Phipps didn't just tell me it was OK to screw it down because he should
have known that except for the fact that he may just want to install fancy
new rails (stainless, etc) to the tune of $3500. Or, he could have suggested
any less expensive solution like Catalina Direct did. I guess I should know
better about contractors but I can't do the work myself, so I just have to
ask a lot of questions first.

If you can pop it back in would something like "Goop" squeezed behind the
rubber be able to hold to the frame?
