We have a West Marine RU-3 which fits great in the Port Lazerette (jig saw
to trim down the wood divider).

 

We don't use it often, but can assemble and inflate in on the bow in about
10 minutes.  

 

We power it with a Torqueedo 1003s which is amazing - no need to keep fuel
on board, great performance, slient, light and stows in 3 pieces.
