Tried to start boat today but just hear clicking and no turnover of engine. Battery test at control panel shows boat batteries in green.(is that test reliable?) I have westerbeke 30 b. Do I need new starter,glow plug. ?If new starter needed is it a difficult job. Thanks for any insights Sent from my iPhone
