[C320-list] Fuel gauge troubleshooting

Check ground wire at fuel gauge sender on top of your fuel tank. Voltage goes to one terminal on the gauge, out the other terminal, thru the sending unit then out to the ground. The light is not part of this circuit, it should come on only with your nav lights .

Can someone point me in the right place in the forum for Troubleshooting the fuel gauge. The light is "on" but the gauge is not working. A few years ago it was just a lose wire in the gauge. Thanks for your help
