[C320-list] Faucet repair

I would be ecstatic if I was able to get 23 years out of a home faucet, much less one on a boat.  We replaced the faucets on both boats - the C320 for aesthetics and the C387's we just bought after the current one fell apart in Linda's hands.

Does anyone know if the galley faucet has replaceable cartridges or washers to repair a steady leak? I have a '94 C320 and the faucet steadily drips causing the pump to keep cycling. I hate replace it if I don't need to because they cost about $140. Thanks.
