[C320-list] battery compartment, box

I have a 2005 C-320 that came from the factory with the same battery mountings and restraints as you describe, meeting ABYC standards at that time.  I’ve never had my boat surveyed being the original owner,  but I can’t recall ever seeing 4D size batteries inside a battery box.  Unless it is a newer requirement, I’d say the surveyor is mistaken.
