[C320-list] Stove/Oven Replacement

To all,

I am contemplating replacing my stove and oven combination with a cooktop stove placed on a built-in box where I could then install a microwave. We never use the oven, though we do use the stove. I am wondering if anyone else has done something similar? If so, any tip or thoughts would be appreciated.

I am in the early planning stage, so I have not measured for the right cooktop, etc. It seems to me, though, that the oven is currently a big waste of space for us and we are currently running without a microwave, so the upgrade would be nice.
