[C320-list] Water heater

It takes about 5 minutes to by pass the water heater on hull #514.   Remove
the galley sink base drawers.   Remove the cabinet base (6 screws).  Locate
the cold water supply to the water and disconnect at the whale fitting by
removing the clip underneath the cap and pressing the inner seat of the
fitting while pulling on the 15mm blue tube.   Disconnect the outlet red
15mm tube at the fitting near the back bottom of the space using the same
technique.   Connect the blue tube to the fitting you just disconnected.
Done.

You will need a Phillips head screw driver for the base and a small
flathead to remove the whale fitting cap.

I ended up replacing both the thermostat and the relief valve to solve my
leak, pump cycling, hose blowing issues.
