One more thing.. Like Joe said I just searched around for a any fuel sending unit. I measured the depth of my tank myself and just found one that you could actually cut off some of the arm and adjust the length yourself. Or take the one you have out long enough to measure that one and put it back.
Just make sure it is rated for fuel. Most are.

After doing all the tests I've determined it's the sending unit. Has anyone replaced their sending unit and have a recommendation for which one I should purchase. I have a 20 gallon tank in a 95 model boat. Thanks Michael

Catalina Direct has two senders listed for the C-320. You'll need to measure your tank to make sure you buy the correct one. They may not be the cheapest ones out there, but you know it will fit.
