[C320-list] Schaeffer 2100 furling

I have had a very difficult time recent furling the jib. Rigging inspection indicated that it’s the bearings. However, they did not actually look at the inside of the drum. I saw some past posts that discussed some other reasons this may be happening. My questions are:

What else could be the cause?
Can the bearings be inspected while the drum is still on the forestry?
If it is the bearings, who do you contact at Schaeffer for the replacement for the reduced cost?
