[C320-list] Outboard Motor Hoist

Maybe it's because we have a Suzuku 2.5 hp that weighs only about 30 lbs
but we have no trouble hoisting it using the main halyard while the dinghy
is tied tight against the stern.  I stand on the stern  then in the dinghy
and guide the motor while the crew winches the motor up and down with the
main halyard winch.
