[C320-list] Port gate stanchion replacement

While I can't properly "recommend" this for a lot of technical reasons
including work hardening the metal and the fact that I am making
assumptions based on experience with other fabrications, not this one.  I
can tell you that if it were my boat, I would bolt the brace leg down in
the two old holes, then force the stanchion bolt over into its original
hole and bolt that down. I am guessing, but believe that as long as there
are backing plates or adequate washers under the deck, I would expect the
base plates to end up flat and the stanchion vertical. YMMV
