[C320-list] Help with adjusting motor mounts

We have a Perkins on our 1194 #62. I am going to be doing the shaft alignment and may have to adjust the mounts. There is a threaded bolt assembled in this order from top to bottom:
o  nut
o  engine foot
o  nut
o  length of thread
o  nut
o  fixed base of mount attached to hull

Anyone know the proper procedure to vertically adjust the mount? What nut do I move?
