[C320-list] Heat Exchanger/Overflow Tank

Pretty difficult to say exactly what is happening without a whole lot of
other info.

One suggestion I have is to fill the expansion/overflow tank 1/4 full.  If
after the next time you get your engine up to temperature and then a full
cool down you don't have any coolant in the overflow then you still
potentially have air in your cooling loops...probably the ones going to the
heat exchanger in your domestic hot water tank.
