[C320-list] Companion ladder quick fix

I never warmed up to the companion ladder. Seems clipping it over my head wasn’t a great solution. First, I bang my head, second, that thing I needed is still in the cockpit and now the ladder is in the way and third, it’s a fire hazard; I don’t like things between me and the way out.

The quick fix is to replace the 2 pivot screws with quick disconnect pins. It still swings up but now I can just remove it.
I used Seachoice 75961 Quick Disconnect Stainless steel pin set (with wire keepers) $15 Ace hardware and had to drill the screw threads out of one side of each bracket to ¼ inch.
