[C320-list] Racing handicap

South Texas PHRF on Corpus Christi Bay gives me a 165.  Their base rating
is 162 plus I get 3 for roller fuller.  This is the handicap used for
racing against other boats in 150 class.  If I race where I will be scored
against all sails boats (spinnaker fleet), I normally get an additional
12-18 seconds which is determined by the handicapping authority for that
race and accounts for my lack of a spinnaker and is never enough. I can be
competitive against other similar boats (not sport boats).  WindSwept is
heavily loaded down with tools, spare parts, air conditioning, dinghy
motor, BBQ grill, normally pretty full tanks and beer.  Without all this
essential gear I would win a lot more but have less fun the rest of the
time.
