[C320-list] No hot water pressure

Troy, I just looked this up. Supposedly there is a check valve in the line feeding the water tank to keep hot water from backing into the cold water line.
I guess I'll see.

Does the pump turn on when you open the tap or does absolutely nothing
happen?  If the pump turns on does air escape the faucet?

There is no hot water check valve on Hull #514.  Is it possible someone
installed a winterizing by pass and one of the bypass valves is open?
