[C320-list] 320 MK II Steering Console

Thanks to Steven Cox and Joe Luciano for responding.  I'm assuming that Joe
might not have a C320 MKI II - hence his advice on removing the compass.  I
will probably take Steven's advice - removing the instrument panel to
access the steering chain.
