[C320-list] running wires from pedestal to panel

I purchased a wire feeder from harbour freight. It can with a hook. I pushed this up the stainless steel tube. Hooked a string onto the hook and pulled down. Then taped the string onto the cable and pulled it up and out.

Not a lot of room but just enough.
