Thank you Joe--I was able to easily get the rub rail back into the channel without a hair dryer or assistance--it is very loose (too loose) and pulls out easily. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to permanently attach the rub rail into the channel so that it won't come out again?
Thank you.

The track seems fine, but the rub rail was just hanging halfway down the side of the hull. I was able to press it back in temporarily, but I know it is going to fall right back out--anybody have suggestions on how to permanently fix it?
