[C320-list] companion way slide

I have noticed that when it is hot out the slide rubs when you open it.  It actually bows up noticeably. You can push down while opening but if you forget, or don't notice, it scratches the smoked Plexiglas.
  Anybody else had/have this issue?  Any fix?  
We have hul # 517   C320 1998.
