[C320-list] Water on floor by water pump

All,
There is another aspect to this issue which I haven't heard any mention. I had the on again off again small leak from the water pump. The rubber seal between the shaft and the pump body has a very small coil spring in it. When I say small, I mean a really small like coil spring that is around 1/16" coil diameter and it wraps around the rubber bushing. This keeps the rubber bushing up against the shaft. I purchased a new coil spring and the problem was solved. I purchased it from a source outside of the US and paid a ridicules shipping amount but it fixed the problem. I have not had a leak since the end of 2017. Others have had this problem and fixed it the same way.

At low RPM no water was being pumped so I tightened the belt. How do you know if the belt is to tight?
