[C320-list] Coolant mixing with raw water

Your observations strongly suggest that it is escaping through the exhaust system. I suspect the heat exchanger. You may need to dismantle it further to see if there is a cracked or broken tube. I think that is the only place that coolant could escape into the  sea water circuit. Possibly a radiator shop could pressure test the exchanger for leaks in the tubing. Given the pressurization of the coolant circuit even a small hole or crack in a tube could explain this.
