[C320-list] Length of rode?

Hi all—new member here, and new owner of a C320. The anchor rode on my boat is in bad shape, so I’m getting ready to replace it. I’m looking at 300’ of chain/rode, because I plan to occasionally act as Race Committee boat for my yacht club’s regattas, and our start/finish mark is at a 50’ depth.

So, here are my questions: First, will 300’ of 3-strand chain/rode (I’m looking at Lewmar pre-spliced) fit in a Mk I anchor locker, assuming only 30’ or so of chain? I’m planning to hold the anchor on a bow roller.

Second, any suggestions on a good place to buy? I know rode isn’t cheap, but I’d like to avoid overpaying.
