[C320-list] Forward Bomar Hatch Hinge Pin Replacement

One of the 4” nylon hinge pins has broken and I cannot seem to be able to slide or tap it out.  The angle is making it impossible to drill it out and the screws holding the hinge are not budging.  Does anybody have experience with changing out or repairing these pins/hinges?  How do you get them out?  Thank you.
